Step1st: Walk to Unlock Apps

Walk first, Scroll Later. Unlock the apps you choose — with your steps. They stay locked until you walk. Step1st is an app blocker that turns walking into access. Most screen time apps set a timer you can skip. This one doesn't. You pick the apps that pull you in, set a daily step goal, and those apps stay locked until you walk. Phone addiction doesn't break on willpower. A simple rule: move first, then open them. HOW IT WORKS 1. Choose the apps you want to lock 2. Set your daily step goal 3. Walk to unlock them for the rest of the day Miss the goal? They stay locked. Hit it? They unlock for the rest of the day. LOCK MODE • Flexible — Change your goal or locked apps anytime • Committed — Can't loosen your goal or locked apps • Locked — Can't change your goal or locked apps You can't loosen a stricter mode on impulse. A mandatory 60-minute wait is enforced. WHY IT WORKS Most screen time limits fail because they're easy to bypass — ignore, override, ask for more time. Step1st replaces that tap with a walk. No skip. The apps you choose stay locked until you hit your step goal. • You choose what to lock • Built for real life, not a perfect day • Olo walks with you. No lectures.
