About Heartio: Heart Rate Awareness

Most people have no idea what their heart is doing right now. Heartio turns finding out into a 30-second daily habit. GUESS BEFORE YOU LOOK Feel for your heart rate, lock in a guess, and let your Apple Watch reveal the real number. The closer you get, the better you're listening to your own body. THREE WAYS TO PLAY Live: guess your heart rate right now Workout: predict your peak and average before you check Sleep: guess how low your heart went overnight BUILD YOUR ATTUNE SCORE Attune is a 0 to 100 measure of how well you know your own heart, built from your accuracy over time. Guess well and it climbs. Skip days and it fades. Very few people will ever see 100. KEEP THE STREAK ALIVE Daily play builds a streak, and Lifelines protect it when life gets in the way. TRAIN IT Guided Attune sessions are short, calm heartbeat-counting exercises based on a protocol researchers have used for decades to study body awareness. HEARTIO PLUS The daily game is free, forever. Heartio Plus unlocks your full Attune score and history, guided sessions, deep insights, the monthly Heart Report, and the Retro theme. Each plan includes a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings. A COUPLE OF THINGS TO KNOW Live guessing needs an Apple Watch. That's where the reading comes from. Heartio measures awareness, not health. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or monitor any condition. Heartio is built by one person, who started guessing his own heart rate after a diagnosis changed how he felt about the number. A smarter Insights tab. Your Accuracy trend now lives at the top of Insights in every theme. Tap any day's bar to jump straight into that day's details, or press and hold to scrub across the week. The trend line below scrubs too. Sleep guesses grew up. The sleep result screen now shows last night's chart with your guesses on it, just like workouts. Feels better everywhere. Tapping a tab again takes you back to the top, Ember's Lifelines heart beats again, and dozens of small copy touch-ups.
