Thanex: Construction Photos

Thanex is a construction photo app that files every site photo by project and tags as you take it, with who, when and where saved alongside. When someone asks for a report, filter your photos and share a PDF anyone can open. Photos filed as you take them Choose your project, pick a record type such as Progress, Quality or Snagging, and add tags like Plot 14, Kitchen and First fix. Then take the photo as you normally would. It goes straight into the right project and stays out of your personal camera roll. PDF reports from any set of photos Select the photos you need, choose how many go on each page and add a comment or action to any photo. Thanex groups them by tags and date, even when they were taken weeks apart, and the report shows the same area changing day by day. Send progress reports, inspection reports and snag lists by email, WhatsApp or however you share files. Nobody needs a Thanex account to open them, and every report stays in the Reports tab, ready to send again. The details saved with every photo Every photo taken in Thanex keeps the name of the person who took it, their organisation, the project, the date and time, the GPS location and a unique photo ID. Add a note when a photo needs explaining. Show the details as a stamp on the photo, or keep a clean image with everything still saved in Thanex. Find any photo again Filter by date, record type, person or tags, or search the notes you've added. Choose more than one tag at once to pull up a whole floor, or every photo of a riser across several visits. Photos from outside your team Send a task link to a supplier, client or subcontractor and they can upload photos straight to your project without creating an account. Photos taken in the Thanex camera are marked Captured with Thanex, and photos sent through a link are labelled Uploaded to task. You'll always know how each one arrived. One record for the whole team Invite colleagues and subcontractors to a shared workspace where everyone picks from the same project tags, set by your admin. You'll get a notification when new photos arrive, with who took them and where they've been filed. Company photos stay in the workspace when someone leaves, and Business plans have no user limit. Keep taking photos without signal Take and tag photos in basements, plant rooms or anywhere the signal drops. They upload once you're back online. Thanex Web for the office Open your projects on a computer to find and download photos, see photo activity across every project and create PDF reports. If a project or area hasn't had any new photos for 7 days, Thanex flags it. Site evidence in the same app Keep Part L, NHBC stage, fire stopping and quality photos with the rest of your site photos, filed by plot, level or stage and ready to report for your assessor or building control.
