A COACH IN YOUR EAR Coach Marcus talks you through each interval: when to go, when to back off, how long is left. Audio cues play over your music or podcast and keep running with your phone locked, so you can put the phone in your pocket and just ride. LIVE DATA WHILE YOU RIDE Pair any Bluetooth heart rate monitor for live zone feedback, or enter your zones manually. A Live Activity on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island shows your current zone and elapsed time without unlocking your phone.
