Presence - Mindful Daily Life

Presence helps you return to the moment you are already in. Presence offers a different way to practice meditation — one that fits naturally into everyday life. Share what you are doing right now — cooking, commuting, working, spending time with family, or simply moving through your day. You can also add a photo of your surroundings. Presence creates personalized audio guidance inspired by your real-life moment, helping you notice what is here and reconnect with the present. Most sessions take about two minutes, making mindfulness easier to bring into everyday life. Presence can also draw inspiration from your surroundings, including the weather, temperature, and time of day. A rainy afternoon, a warm morning, or the colors of sunset can become a gentle invitation to notice your experience more fully. With the Presence widget, you can receive timely mindfulness prompts directly from your Home Screen. After selected sessions, you may also receive a reflective moment card that you can save or share.
