Radad AI is the smart customer-service employee for your store: it answers your customers instantly, around the clock, on WhatsApp, Telegram and your website widget, in a natural Saudi dialect, from your store's real data. This app is the control center for the merchant and the team: • Home: a "while you were away" summary, the active conversations, and what needs your attention right now. • Chats: every customer conversation on one screen, with the AI's replies and yours, photos and videos, WhatsApp reactions, and "edited" and "deleted by the customer" markers. • Work inbox: tickets the assistant handed over, order requests, and claim-and-close handling by your team, with a heads-up before you reply over a teammate. • Radad asks you: the questions the assistant could not answer and the knowledge suggestions mined from your real chats. Answer once, approve or edit a suggestion, and the assistant learns it for good. • Test assistant: a safe sandbox where you talk to your own assistant as if you were a customer. Nothing reaches real customers. • Notifications: a new ticket, a question waiting for you, a customer reply. • Full settings: assistant on/off, after-hours behaviour, tone and language, privacy, AI consent.
