Passenger Portal by Momentm

Passenger Portal is a mobile application that provides members with seamless and secure access to non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services. Developed by Momentm Technologies, it allows members and caregivers to easily request, coordinate, and monitor rides for medical appointments from any mobile device. Created for organizations throughout the NEMT ecosystem—including brokers, transportation providers, managed care organizations (MCOs), and PACE programs—Passenger Portal enhances the member experience with an intuitive, self-service platform for booking trips and accessing real-time ride information. Members enjoy greater independence and transparency in managing their transportation, while organizations benefit from streamlined administrative tasks and improved communication with passengers. The Passenger Portal enables riders to: • Easily Book Trips – Request transportation to and from medical appointments through a simple, intuitive booking interface. • Manage Upcoming Trips – View scheduled rides, update trip details, or cancel when plans change. • Track Your Ride – See updates about your ride status and monitor when your driver is on the way. • Access Important Trip Information – View pickup locations, appointment details, and other trip information in one place. By granting passengers direct access to their transportation, Passenger Portal strengthens communication, boosts scheduling accuracy, and ensures every ride operates smoothly. It empowers riders to oversee their transportation independently while staying engaged with Momentm's expansive NovusMED transportation ecosystem.
