Urbix Parking

URBIX Parking is a peer-to-peer service that connects drivers who are looking for a parking spot with drivers who are about to leave and make theirs available. If you need a parking spot, create a request in URBIX. The service matches you with a driver who is ready to leave their spot. Once the exchange is confirmed, URBIX guides both drivers through the process, shows the current status, and helps coordinate the parking spot handover. If you are about to leave, you can make your parking spot available through URBIX. When another driver is matched with you, you confirm the exchange and hand over the spot as you leave. Both drivers can follow the progress of the exchange in the app and see what stage the handover is at. A successful parking spot exchange includes a payment. The driver receiving the spot pays through URBIX, while the driver making the spot available receives compensation for the successful handover. Completed exchanges and related transactions are recorded in Activity. URBIX turns a common situation — one driver leaving a parking spot while another is looking for one — into a coordinated exchange. Instead of relying only on chance when searching for parking, drivers can arrange the handover of a specific spot, while those leaving can pass it on to another driver and receive compensation in return.
