Helios - Solar Weather Health

Space weather, alongside your own health trends. Helios brings NASA and NOAA solar observations together with the health records you choose to share from Apple Health. See what's happening around the Sun, explore the forecast, and compare it with your sleep, heart rate variability, resting heart rate and State of Mind. A clear picture of today See the latest estimated Kp index, its observation time, and reports of solar flares, geomagnetic storms and other solar events. Fresh observations flow into the solar orb as your saved history grows. Explore your own patterns Choose one solar metric and one health metric to compare on the same chart. Separate left and right axes show each measurement in its own units. Switch between 7, 14 and 30 days, or inspect a particular date. Mood and Emotion use your existing Apple Health State of Mind check-ins. Observed and forecast, clearly separated Kp, solar wind and magnetic-field charts share the same timeline and Now marker. See NOAA's three-day Kp forecast and modeled solar-wind and total-field predictions. Bz shows observations; unavailable forecasts and missing measurements are labeled clearly. Build your solar history Helios downloads shared solar observations collected regularly from NASA and NOAA, and saves them locally for offline viewing. Available history can grow to 90 days without daily visits. Gaps remain visible where observations are unavailable. Your health data stays with you No account or email address is required. Apple Health access is optional and read-only. Helios does not send your health records to a server or include third-party analytics SDKs. The app connects to our solar-data backend, which keeps operational request logs, including IP addresses and response timing, to analyze performance and protect the service. You can use the space-weather screens without connecting Apple Health. Made for iPhone and iPad Enjoy a native interface with adjustable text sizes, accessible chart values and support for Reduce Motion. Data sources: NASA DONKI and NOAA Space Weather Prediction Center, including the WSA–ENLIL model. Helios is for personal exploration and education. Similar patterns do not establish that solar activity caused a health change. Helios does not diagnose conditions or provide medical advice.
