Time is Luck

Time Is Luck is a starter motor for the mind. A simple tool for taking action when you need to build momentum, overcome resistance, or beat procrastination. WHEN YOU WANT TO ACT BUT SOMETHING HOLDS YOU BACK There's a task you want to complete, it's important, but you can't get yourself to start. That isn't laziness. It's two parts of your brain disagreeing. The part that plans, and the part that approves movement. High performers feel this more often because we spend more time at the edge of our skillset. WHY WE GET STUCK Before we act, part of our brain runs a rapid forecast to decide if the reward is worth the risk. If similar actions felt enjoyable and safe, we act without hesitation. If they felt painful, overwhelming or threatening, the action is blocked. Not as punishment, as protection. WHAT DOES SHIFT RESISTANCE? Willpower, discipline or logic won't change our resistance to a difficult task. We can only present new evidence that the action we want to take is going to be worth it. Time Is Luck shows you how to do that. How to control your starting reflex, like any other high performance skill. EXECUTION THAT MATCHES AMBITION Practice the method in this app and you'll notice a change. You won't just plan the hard tasks, you'll follow through. Not every time. But often enough that you trust yourself. That's the foundation of genuine confidence. I came across new research on the basal ganglia and how the brain really decides which plans become action. What followed was a simple set of strategies to gain more control on the days when starting hard things feels extra hard. Try it free for seven days. Full access. If it helps you grow, stay with us.
