About Caju
Caju is a flashcard app with an AI that builds the cards for you — and a review engine serious enough to replace Anki. MAKE CARDS BY TALKING Photograph a textbook page, drop in a PDF, paste your notes, or just say what you want to learn. Caju's assistant reads the material and proposes flashcards. You review, edit, and approve every card before it is saved — nothing lands in your collection without you. REMEMBER WHAT YOU MAKE Caju schedules reviews with FSRS, the modern spaced-repetition algorithm, so cards come back right before you would forget them. Every grading button shows the actual interval you will get. Learning steps, burying, suspending, flags, and undo all work the way serious reviewers expect. BRING YOUR ANKI COLLECTION Import any .apkg file and your decks arrive intact — cards, media, card formats, and scheduling history. Export back to .apkg whenever you want. Your collection is yours, and it round-trips against real Anki. HEAR THE WORDS Add natural pronunciation audio to vocabulary cards in more than 60 languages, generated on demand. BUILT FOR PHONES Native and fast. Reviewing works fully offline, and your collection syncs across your devices automatically. — Caju is free to use, including a monthly allowance for AI card generation. Caju Premium raises that allowance substantially for $14.99 per month. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings. What’s new
Version 1.5.0 · Updated October 19, 2026
NEW - Practice: go over today's cards, today's new cards or the cards you missed, as often as you like, without changing your schedule. NEW - Sessions now end on the deck page, with Undo. A deck's page shows today's progress in one place and practice in its own card. NEW - After an import, Caju tells you what didn't come across as it was, and a file that can never import no longer offers Try Again. FIXED - New cards from a large import now come in the deck's own order. FIXED - Re-importing a deck made by a deck-building tool no longer creates a second copy of its card type. FIXED - The card editor previews the right blank on cloze cards 2 and up.
