Pet Vet 247 - AI Pet Health

Worried about your pet? When your vet is closed, PetVet247 helps you work out how urgent it is and what to do next — whether that's keeping an eye on things at home or getting to an emergency vet right now. Built for UK pet owners with dogs, cats, horses and rabbits. Available 24/7 — no waiting rooms, no phone queues, just clear, calm guidance when you need it most. WHAT YOU CAN DO AI Symptom Triage Start by telling us what's worrying you, in your own words. Then answer the same kinds of questions a vet nurse would ask. PetVet247 checks your answers against peer-reviewed veterinary research and tells you clearly whether your pet seems okay, needs keeping an eye on, or should see a vet, with practical next steps and what to tell your vet. Photo & Video Analysis Add a photo of a wound, lump, skin problem or your pet's gums, or a short video of how they're moving. The AI looks at what it actually sees and factors it into your assessment. Emergency Vet Finder Find emergency and daytime vets near you on a map, with distances, ratings and contact details. Works anywhere in the UK. Pet Health Passport Upload a PDF from your vet, or simply take photos of paper records, and let AI organise vaccinations, medications, surgeries and medical history into one clear timeline. Create a LifeMap PDF of your pet's full health story in one tap. Share Care With Your Family Invite a partner, family member or pet sitter to see your pets and their records. Rehoming a pet? Transfer them to their new owner, complete with their health history. Community Stories Real pet owners sharing real experiences. Read how others handled similar situations and know you're not alone. WHY WE BUILT IT PetVet247 was created by Neil, whose Jack Russell, Max, had a rare mouth cancer that was hard to spot. Max is the dog in our logo. We built the app we wished we'd had: an independent, trustworthy place to turn at 2am. BUILT WITH CARE • Grounded in a curated knowledge base of peer-reviewed, open-access veterinary research • Clinical questions reviewed by a student veterinary nurse • Your data is private and secure — we never sell it • No advertising and no vet partnerships — completely independent PRICING Text symptom checks are always free and unlimited. You get 3 free photo and video credits (one credit per upload). Top up with 3 more credits, or choose Lifetime for unlimited photos and videos with a single payment. IMPORTANT PetVet247 provides triage guidance to help you decide what to do next. It does not diagnose and is not a substitute for professional veterinary care. If you think your pet is in immediate danger, contact a vet straight away.
