Phonography - Field Recording

Listen more closely to the world around you. This app is a field recording app designed to help you easily capture everyday sounds and preserve the memory of each moment. Record the sounds of wind, birds, rain, rivers, distant traffic, or the atmosphere of a city street—along with the context that makes each recording meaningful. In addition to audio, you can save the date and time, location, title, notes, and photos together with each recording. By keeping all of this information in one place, you can look back later and remember not only what you heard, but also where you were, what you noticed, and how the moment felt. The app also lets you map your recordings using the location data automatically captured when you record. Sounds collected during a walk, on a trip, or throughout the changing seasons can be displayed on a map, allowing you to create your own personal sound map. In a world filled with constant stimulation and endlessly fast-moving content, we wanted to create a way to slow down and reconnect with the sounds of everyday life. Taking a moment to listen to the natural and environmental sounds around you can become a quiet, luxurious experience—one that brings calm, presence, and new discoveries into your daily routine. Use it to document the sounds you encounter on a walk, preserve the atmosphere of a memorable place, build a field recording archive for creative projects or research, or simply become more aware of the soundscape of your everyday life. There is no single way to use this app. It is a tool for recording sound, but also an invitation to pause, listen carefully, and discover something new in familiar places. Key features: Quick and easy audio recording Automatically saves date and time Records location information with each recording Add titles, notes, and photos to organize your memories View recordings on a map Create your own personal sound map Collecting sounds is a different way of seeing the world. We hope this app brings a sense of calm, quiet richness, and new discovery to your everyday life. 【Terms of Service】 https://phonography.me/terms/en 【Privacy Policy】 https://phonography.me/privacy/en
