TeamLift: Carpool & Signups

You’re the one who knows who's driving Thursday, which child has dance, what goes in the swim bag, and whose turn it is to bring halftime snacks. TeamLift is where all of that lives—so it isn't only in your head. Designed by a busy parent, TeamLift is the ultimate family command center and team management app. At its core, TeamLift takes any team calendar you have and syncs to it, building out whatever you need it for—the carpool, the snacks signup sheet, or the tailgate list. Even if you're not in the youth sports phase of life yet and just juggling daycare, it can help keep your household straight on who is doing the drop-off and pick-up to stay organized and identify any gaps in the plan. Because life is busy. Whether you are juggling different school schedules, or the "Team Admin" organizing the travel season, TeamLift handles the sign-ups, automates the smart reminders, and gives you your time back. MAGIC SCHEDULE IMPORT (PRO FEATURE) Stop retyping the season. Take a photo of the paper schedule, upload a PDF, or paste an email from the coach. TeamLift reads the dates, builds your calendar, and auto-generates your carpool, snack, & volunteer signups in seconds. THE UNIFIED FAMILY CALENDAR Every activity in one place. Sync straight from your team’s existing app (TeamSnap, GameChanger, PlayMetrics), connect a school calendar, or add it yourself. You can even generate a live link to display your family's carpool schedule on a digital wall frame (like Skylight). ONE LINK, NO FRICTION Send the other parents a link. They tap it, they claim a snack duty or a carpool slot. No app download required for them, completely replacing the spreadsheets. CARPOOLS THAT ACTUALLY WORK (SPORTS & SCHOOL) Carpooling shouldn't require a spreadsheet. • Youth Sports: Every event has a drop-off and pick-up slot. Claim it, hand it to your co-parent, or tap to request a ride from another trusted parent in your "Village." • The Daily School Run: Set up your school drop-offs streamlined, whether just your household or a select carpool group. SIDELINE SIGNUPS Snack duty, volunteer slots, team meals, and potlucks. Build the entire season's signups at once and share a single link to the group chat. Set deadlines, and TeamLift will automatically track who is bringing what. SMART PACKING & REMINDERS Packing lists that build themselves based on the sport with a smart week wizard packing list. Get proactive nudges—like a smart reminder to pull the sweaty jersey out of the bag to air out between back-to-back games. THE "TEAM ADMIN" TOOLKIT The ultimate suite for coaches and parent reps: • Sideline Cheat Sheet: Send an intake link to collect player & family info to export a team roster. • Secret Buddy Builder: Automate Big/Little or Secret Santa gift exchanges without the spreadsheet headache. • Team Meals: Collect RSVPs, headcounts, and custom food orders for end-of-season banquets or travel tournaments. YOUR VILLAGE The people you actually trust with your kids. Create a private, named group of families joined with one secure code, who can see and cover each other's rides. WHO IT'S FOR Parents running multiple kids across daycare, school, and whatever they signed up for this season. And the team parent—the one who always ends up organizing everyone else. If that's you, TeamLift does the chasing. TeamLift wasn't built to give you more to manage. It was built for less coordinating, and more cheering. — TEAMLIFT PRO The core app—including the family calendar, carpool coordination, signups, and smart lists—is completely free for families. TeamLift Pro unlocks Magic Import (PDF/Photo scanning) for $3.99/mo or $29.99/yr. Payment charged to Apple ID at purchase. Auto-renews unless canceled 24h prior. Manage in Settings.
