Stickd: Gymnastics AI Coach

See where the tenths are going. Stickd watches your routine, estimates your score, and points out every deduction with drills to fix it — practice feedback between meets, not an official score. Upload or record a routine and get a scoring breakdown, the deductions behind it, and corrective drills in minutes. WHAT STICKD DOES • Spots execution deductions in routine video — bent knees, flexed feet, leg separations, landing steps, falls and more — with the moment each one happens • Estimates start value and final score using USAG Development Program and Xcel scoring • Estimates routine composition: the skills it recognized, their value parts, and how the routine fits the level's requirements • Recommends targeted drills for each deduction it finds • Tracks progress across routines so you can see which deductions are shrinking and which keep coming back • Log meet scores and get a weekly recap connecting meet results to what shows up in practice • Works for beam, floor, vault and bars BUILT FOR GYMNASTS, PARENTS AND COACHES Gymnasts: See what to clean up before the next meet and watch your deductions come down as you work the drills. Parents: Understand what the coach is talking about. See the deductions in your gymnast's own routine and follow their progress over the season. Coaches: Get a second set of eyes on practice video, send the right drills to each athlete, and track progress across your roster with Stickd for Gyms. A PRACTICE TOOL, NOT A JUDGE Stickd's scores are AI estimates for training. They are deliberately strict so there is always something to work on, and they can differ from what a panel awards at a meet. Use Stickd to prepare; your meet score comes from the judges.
