smthng — events

Open the map. See what's happening. Go. smthng shows you what's on in New York today — on a map of the city. Concerts, comedy, markets, film, parties, museum nights, readings, pickup sports, kids' events — free and cheap things first. Today, tonight, this weekend. Pick a day, set a time window, and the map shows only what's actually on. A LIVE badge means it's happening right now. Swipe through the week. The feed deals you one event at a time. Swipe right to save it, left if it's not for you, up to skip. The more you swipe, the better it gets at showing you things you'd actually leave the house for. Picks, chosen for you. Every morning smthng highlights a handful of events worth your evening — and the more you save, like, and swipe, the sharper your picks get. Filter to free. One tap keeps only free events, on the map and in the feed. Make plans in two taps. Add any event to Apple or Google Calendar, or share it as a link that opens right in the app. Post your own. Hosting something? Add it with a photo — community events wear their own badge, and every submission is reviewed before it goes live. No ads. No account required to browse. Just a city and the good things happening in it.
