CardAction combines on-device business card scanning with a searchable card library and follow-up shortcuts for WhatsApp, SMS, email and calls. OPTIONAL BATCH SCANNING Batch scanning is off by default. Enable it in Settings when you want to scan a stack of cards, then review and save them together. Single and Front-Back modes stay within easy reach on the scanner. GOOGLE SHEETS AND CRM WORKFLOWS With Pro, set up Google Sheets sync to send scanned contact details to a spreadsheet. Connect a compatible webhook endpoint to send contact data as JSON to your CRM or tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, Airtable or Notion. Integrations require configuration and an internet connection. EXPORT AND SHARE Export saved contacts as standard vCard (.vcf) files. Create a vCard QR code to share your own contact information. Add a selfie with a new contact so you can remember the person behind the card. ON-DEVICE OCR Business card text recognition runs on your device. Card photos are not uploaded to a server for OCR. Scan offline; configured sync and third-party messaging services need their own connections.
