PIVOT — Visites Immobilières

PIVOT turns property visits into clear, comparable, exportable files. Prepare your visit, check the important points, add annotated photos, note repairs or reservations, then generate a PDF report to review or share. PIVOT is built for buyers, investors, real-estate agents, and professionals who want a reliable record of every property they visit. Main features: - visit checklists by property and category; - structured notes for each room or checkpoint; - annotated photos in the visit file; - statuses, scores, and decisions; - PDF and ZIP export; - offline-first; - optional cloud backup; - unlimited visits with PIVOT Pro. The free version includes 1 visit. PIVOT Pro unlocks unlimited visits with a one-time purchase, no subscription. Your data stays on your device first. Cloud backups are optional and triggered by you. ``` ## Mots-clés (100 car., virgules sans espaces) ``` visit, property, checklist, pdf, report, photos, notes, home, apartment, buyer, agent ``` ## Notes de version — English (US) ``` This update aligns the English App Store listing with PIVOT 2.2: no AI assistant, 1 free visit for new users, and current public links.
