Renewland

Renewland is an app that walks with you through the renewal of your life. "And be not fashioned according to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind..." (Romans 12:2) It has books and courses: the books help you see clearly, and the courses help you practise in everyday life. Everything follows one thread — See: Since our first parents, we have believed a lie, living in illusion and protecting ourselves with a false self. Recognising this is where waking up begins. Know: The gospel is not only the good news of forgiveness; it also unveils the reality of God's kingdom. Seeing that reality clearly is what loosens illusion. Live: Through daily awareness and practice, we live out, little by little, who God first made us to be — the true self. The course hall follows this thread in four series. Start anywhere: FINDING THE TRUE SELF — Free. Adapted from the author's own books, From Slumber to Awakening and From Illusion to Reality, these help you recognise the slumbering state of the soul and how the false self works in daily life. BIBLE FOUNDATIONS — Free. The Whole Gospel, More Than Saved and Shift to Complexity give your faith a clear and solid foundation, tracing the gospel from Genesis to Revelation and explaining salvation, justification, sanctification, election and predestination. CULTIVATING AWARENESS — Intro content is free; in-depth courses are paid. Practise awareness in daily life — your thoughts, emotions, desires and relationships. Includes Cultivate Self-Awareness, Cultivate Self-Knowledge (through your Enneagram type), and Cultivate Relational Awareness. LIFE RENEWAL — Develop Mature Mindset is currently free (Free Trial and Deep Training). See Through Self-Deception Parts I and II, purchased separately, help you recognise the defence mechanisms you rely on. Cost: All books are free; introductory courses are free; in-depth courses are paid. Paid courses let you try the first three days of week 1 for free before you buy. Who it's for: • You — learn at your own pace: read, reflect and practise a little each day. Your notes stay on your own device (on iPhone they can sync to your own iCloud) and we cannot see them. • Groups — invite a friend or two, or your small group, to take the same course: do each day on your own, then meet weekly to share your reflections and practices. • Pastors — free to use the books in preaching, Sunday school, discipleship and small groups, and to copy or forward them to your congregation for non-commercial use; the courses can also be used as they are for group study.
