Wave Rideshare

Wave Rideshare is pre-booked transportation built on a verified community — not a gig marketplace. Whether you're a rider, a driver, or running a team, Wave replaces the mystery of on-demand with something more dependable: drivers you've been matched with, trips you've scheduled, and a membership that stands for something real. FOR RIDERS — WAVE RIDER • Pre-book rides in three simple steps: pickup, destination, time • Every driver on the network is identity-verified and background-checked • Transparent pricing — review your fare before you confirm, no surge, no surprises • Save homes, offices, and favorite places for one-tap booking • In-app messaging with your driver on the day of the ride • Trip tracking, receipts, and full ride history in one place • $19.99/month membership unlocks the full experience — pre-booked service, verified drivers, and member-only pricing FOR DRIVERS — WAVE PARTNER NETWORK • Earn on a credentialed, membership-backed platform • Real accept/decline overlay with trip details — no opaque queues • GPS, earnings, and ride queue in one dashboard • Background check and identity verification done once, clearly • Blue Check badge on your profile when you're certified; optional Drug Screening Certified badge for the highest trust tier • Weekly payouts via Stripe, with a clear breakdown of every trip FOR ORGANIZATIONS — WAVE CORPORATE • Transportation as a benefit for teams, clients, or patients • Centralized billing, seat-level controls, and usage reporting • Invite employees or clients to redeem a corporate seat • Healthcare, nonprofit, and corporate plans — priced per seat or bundled annually HOW IT WORKS 1. Choose your path — rider, driver, or organization 2. Sign the applicable agreement and complete identity verification 3. Start booking, start earning, or start inviting your team WHY MEMBERSHIP On-demand rideshare fractures trust — both ways. Drivers don't know who they're picking up. Riders don't know who's behind the wheel. Wave answers that with three things: verified identity for every member, pre-booked trips with real context, and a membership that filters for people committed to the community. SAFETY & PRIVACY • Identity verification powered by Stripe Identity • 24/7 in-app emergency alert to the Wave operations team • Messages, location data, and payment information encrypted in transit and at rest • Accounts and all associated data can be deleted in-app at any time SUPPORT • In-app support chat and help center • Email: [email protected] • Legal, terms, and privacy: waveride.ai/legal Terms: waveride.ai/legal/terms Privacy: waveride.ai/legal/privacy
