Lové is an independent app for your Vélo'v (Velov) bike-share subscription in Lyon. It shows what matters, and nothing more. Available in English and French. THE MAP, FIRST The stations around you, with the number of classic bikes, e-bikes and free docks. A filter to see only what you are looking for. Current disruptions are shown on the map. EVERY BIKE, RATED AND DATED At the station, each bike shows its rating, the number of reviews and when it was last used. You pick the right one before you even get there. UNLOCK A BIKE IN TWO TAPS Choose a bike, unlock it from the app with your subscription, and go. Your current ride stays on screen for as long as it lasts. YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, AT A GLANCE Your plan, your past rides with their duration and cost, your payments, your saved payment methods. The same information as on the operator's website, laid out to be understood at a glance. NOT ONE SCREEN TOO MANY The app opens on the map, reads in a second and follows your iPhone's dark mode. YOUR LOCATION NEVER LEAVES YOUR PHONE It centres the map and, during a ride, keeps the app active with the phone locked so it can tell you when the ride ends. Lové neither sends nor stores it. No ads, no data resale. Usage measurement, which never identifies you, is used to catch bugs and improve the app. Lové is an independent app. It is not published, supported or endorsed by the operator of the Vélo'v service. A valid Vélo'v subscription is required: the app presents your email address and secret code to the operator's sign-in service, and Lové keeps only a fingerprint of that code, never the code itself.
