Green Ledger: Grocery Grader

Green Ledger is a free mobile app that allows you to scan any grocery receipt and get an instant AI-powered health score based on real nutritional science. At Green Ledger we are focused on identifying the factors that drive the largest health improvements. Health is not determined by a single ingredient. The broader lens matter. EXPERT GUIDANCE Our grocery receipt methodology is a direct application of the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Healthy Eating Index (HEI) score. Green Ledger’s artificial intelligence layer estimates the total calories of your receipt, categorizes and weights them relative to the Dietary Guidelines for Americans (DGA). In the scientific nutrition community, this is considered the gold-standard of population level nutritional needs. HOW IT WORKS Point your camera at a grocery receipt. Our AI analyzes the ingredients and gives you a clear health score with detailed breakdowns of your good choices, areas for improvement and actionable recommendations for your next shopping trip. Track your progress one grocery receipt at a time. Health is wealth. Maximize your grocery budget’s health value.
