Choose the alarm that critical on-call pages play: your iPhone's own critical alert sound, or one of five louder alarms - Klaxon, Siren, Digital alarm, Smoke alarm or Rising alarm. Play each one before you pick it. Set how loud critical alerts play, from 25% to 100%, even when your iPhone is on silent. Find both under Settings > Notifications > Alarm sound, shown when Critical On-Call Alerts is on.
