This update brings Live Layers for teams, many more file formats, smoother editing, offline maps you can find, and hundreds of new national coordinate systems: • Live Layers: share a map layer with your crew. Pins, lines and areas sync within seconds; invite by link or code as editor or viewer; changes made offline are sent when you reconnect. Sign-in is required; creating a layer and inviting need PRO, joining is free. • New file formats: open GPX, GeoJSON, Shapefile (.zip), DXF, CSV, Excel (.xlsx), LandXML and GML from Files or other apps; KML/KMZ now opens with its folders, colors and labels, and files with thousands of points no longer freeze. Export surveys, tracks, drawings and pins in the formats that fit each: GPX, GeoJSON, Shapefile, CSV, LandXML. • Move & rotate: drag, rotate or place by coordinates any drawing, pin or saved shape, with undo; move and rotate whole layers smoothly, even with hundreds of features. • Offline Maps: on iPhone, downloaded regions now really appear on the Standard map without internet. A new list shows each region's size and lets you rename, resume, delete or "Show on map"; when you're offline on Satellite, GeoShift offers to switch to Standard. • Taps on the Survey map no longer get lost; dropped pins get a Save button, and you're warned before leaving unsaved pins or drawings. Camera, compass, lists, batch conversion and startup are faster. • 359 new national coordinate systems (630 in total): US State Plane (NAD83, in each state's official unit) and NAD83 UTM, Canada NAD83(CSRS), Japan JGD2011 I–XIX, Russia GSK-2011 and Pulkovo 1942, Ukraine, Poland, Colombia, Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, Thailand, Libya, Iraq, Egypt and more. • Your country's system by default for new installs and users who never chose a target (e.g., NAD83 UTM in the USA, PRS92 in the Philippines, QND95 in Qatar); a default you chose never changes. "Convert My Location" is on the welcome screens and the home screen. • Find your system by typing your country in your own language (México, Perú, Türkiye…). Points picked on the map convert at once; tap the target system under a result to change it. Where the official system differs from GPS, the WGS84 UTM value is shown alongside, and GeoShift warns when values look like latitude/longitude in the wrong system. • The method panel and PDF reports show the EPSG transformation code and its accuracy (e.g., EPSG:1784 · ±2 m). PDFs label latitude/longitude; batch reports include every row on as many pages as needed; Chinese reports show Chinese characters. • Feet-based systems: COGO and Grid ↔ Ground convert feet to meters; Site Calibration shows residuals in the system's unit. • Accuracy: conversions between different datums (e.g., ETRS89 ↔ ED50, DHDN or LV95) could be off by up to ~300 m; they now go through WGS84. Same-datum conversions (e.g., ED50 UTM ↔ ED50 TM, off by 3–14 m) are now pure projection changes. • Corrected definitions: France NTF and Algeria Nord Sahara (up to ~65 m), Sweden RT90 EPSG:3021, India EPSG:7755, Switzerland LV95 (LV03 added), Spain ED50 with the BALR2009 grid in the Balearics, Turkey ED50 with HGK EPSG:1784 (3–10 m), Egypt EPSG:22992 and Costa Rica EPSG:5367. Australia (AGD66) and western/northern Canada (NAD27) now work; South Africa Lo15–Lo33 uses the official sign convention. • ED50 and NAD27 geographic results show the right place on the map, in GPX/KML/KMZ exports, stakeout and the QR code (were off by 8–175 m). Japan EPSG:2443 is now EPSG:2451 (same values; saved data updated). • Results calculated with an earlier version are marked with "Convert again"; affected stakeout projects and surveys warn before use; re-run saved batch conversions. • Also: Swap keeps the latitude/longitude order; minus key in coordinate fields; Pick from Map converts into ED50 and NAD27; Mexico ITRF2008 and CR-SIRGAS added; GeoCamera switches cameras and keeps interrupted recordings. • The app is about 85 MB smaller. • Bug fixes.
