About Furl: Mindful App Blocker

Most app blockers stop at blocking. Furl goes further. When the urge to scroll hits, Guided Reset is one tap away: Urge Surfing to ride the craving until it breaks, 5-4-3-2-1 Grounding to anchor through your senses, and three breathing techniques (Box, 4-7-8, Physiological Sigh). Most resets take under 90 seconds. Then hard blocks keep you locked in when a focus session starts. No bypassing, no cheating. GUIDED RESET Five centering tools for the moment the urge hits. Urge Surfing, 5-4-3-2-1 Grounding, Box Breathing, 4-7-8 Breathing, Physiological Sigh, and Breath + Audio. Clinically grounded techniques, each under 2 minutes. HARD APP BLOCKING Forcefully restrict access to distracting apps the moment a session starts. We lock you in so you can lock in. SCHEDULED FOCUS Automate your routine with recurring focus blocks. Furl handles the blocking, you handle the work. GAMIFIED PROGRESS Earn XP for every focused minute, maintain daily streaks, unlock achievements, and climb from Bronze to Diamond League. Discipline that feels like a game. FOCUS AUDIO A curated library of high-fidelity ambient soundscapes to sustain deep concentration. PRIVACY FIRST Your data stays yours. Furl uses privacy-conscious analytics and secure cloud sync so you can focus with peace of mind. Reclaim your time today with Furl.
