Rental Inspection & Checklist

STOP LOSING YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT TO TENANT DISPUTES. When a tenant moves out and leaves your property damaged, "it was like that when I moved in" is the most expensive sentence a landlord can hear. Without a timestamped, signed PDF report, you lose the dispute in court. It’s that simple. Rental Inspection & Checklist is the ultimate "Keep It Simple" Property Management Tool designed specifically for independent landlords, property managers, and Airbnb hosts. Create professional move-in and move-out condition reports directly on your device in minutes—with ZERO subscriptions and ZERO accounts. WHY INDEPENDENT LANDLORDS CHOOSE US: Most property software is built for giant corporations with giant monthly fees. We built this for the DIY landlord who wants efficiency without the "SaaS" headache. No Recurring Subscriptions: Why pay $50/month for an app you only use a few times a year between leases? Pay once, own it forever. 100% Offline (No Internet Needed): Inspect dark basements, remote cabins, or dead-zone apartment complexes without worrying about connection drops. Everything is saved locally. Privacy First: We don't want your data. No sign-ups, no passwords, no cloud harvesting. Your property photos and records stay on your iPhone. Instant Professionalism: Replace messy paper forms and 100 unorganized photos in your camera roll with a sleek, branded PDF. THE COMPLETE INSPECTION WORKFLOW: Fast Property Creation: Add your rental unit, house, apartment, or commercial space in seconds. Room-by-Room Walkthrough: Inspect Kitchens, Master Bathrooms, Living Rooms, Exteriors, and even specific items like HVAC or appliances. Detailed Condition Logging: Rate each item (Excellent, Good, Fair, Poor, Damaged) and type quick notes regarding repairs or cleanliness. High-Res Photo Proof: Snap pictures of damages directly within the app. Every photo is automatically linked to the specific room and item. Digital Signatures: Both Landlord and Tenant sign the report directly on the screen. It’s legally binding and professional. One-Tap PDF Export: Generate the report and share it via Email, WhatsApp, or iMessage before you even leave the property. WHO IS THIS APP FOR?
