About Insulinus

Insulinus Compass brings meals, nutrition, exercise and body weight together so you can look back at your day and understand your week. RECORD AND REVIEW YOUR FOOD Add food from a photo, a written or spoken description, a barcode, your favourites or your history. Review nutrition estimates and adjust food amounts before saving. Keep energy, carbohydrate, fat and protein values together with each meal. SET YOUR TARGETS Follow guided setup to enter your profile and review editable calorie, protein, carbohydrate and fat targets. Optionally fill available profile details from Apple Health, or enter them yourself. Choose whether completed, logged exercise adds to your calorie budget; nutrient targets stay fixed. GET HELP WITH YOUR FIRST WEEK New users see tips on Home for logging meals, reviewing entries and adding exercise, followed by a summary after seven days. Hide tips for today or turn them off. If you allow notifications after your first saved meal, Compass can send up to two one-off first-week reminders. SEE YOUR WEEK Use the weekly Home view to see meals, exercise and protein at a glance. Browse nutrition history, daily trends and weekly totals, or open a saved meal to review its foods and portions. KEEP EXERCISE TOGETHER Add planned or completed exercise with a type, time, duration and effort. Optionally connect Apple Health or Strava to import completed exercise and review it in your history. EXPORT YOUR SUMMARIES Open Health reports to review nutrition and exercise totals for a selected period, then share a PDF or CSV. FOLLOW BODY-WEIGHT TRENDS Record body weight and browse past entries alongside your meal and exercise history. CHOOSE HOW TO START Use the core app locally without an account, or sign in for account features and synchronization. Connected services are optional. Photo analysis, cloud features and connected services require an internet connection. Insulinus Compass is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Choose English, Danish or your device language in Settings. Nutrition estimates remain editable so you can review the information you save.
