It asks for your agreement before sending your question and relevant book context to Bloox servers. An internet connection is required. Ask Books is currently a beta feature and requires Share Analytics to be enabled. WHAT DID I MISS? Get an AI recap of recent listening, revisit your last session, or pick up the story with a summary in the Home Screen widget. Recaps are generated on your device using Apple Intelligence. Rate a recap and optionally share details to help us improve it. KEEP TRACK OF THE CAST Look up character biographies and see names highlighted in the transcript. Character lookup uses an online service. You can also rate individual biographies. BOOKMARKS WITH CONTEXT Save a moment, add a note, and find it again. On compatible devices, AI-generated context helps you remember what was happening. BRING YOUR WHOLE LIBRARY Import from Audiobookshelf, Dropbox, Google Drive, iCloud, Files, or your computer over Wi-Fi. Play your own DRM-free M4B and MP3 files offline after import. Bloox supports embedded chapters, CUE sheets and multi-file books. If a book has no chapter data, create chapters at a length you choose. Navigate between chapters, correct track order, and edit the title, author, narrator, series or cover art when needed. English transcription needs compatible hardware and the downloaded speech model. On-device recaps and bookmark context need a compatible device with Apple Intelligence enabled and its model available. Once their models are ready, transcription and local recaps can work offline.
