Dormer: REPS Hour Tracker

Keep a clean record of your rental hours. Your CPA gets what they need. Dormer shows your hours next to the 750, 100 and 500 hour marks. It’s for short-term rental hosts and landlords. Couples tracking REPS hours can use it too. A HOUSE THAT BUILDS AS YOU LOG • Every hour you log adds to your house. You see your progress at a glance. LOG IT YOUR WAY • Say it, type it or run a timer. • Say or type what you did, like “fixed the sink at Oak St, 2 hours yesterday”. Dormer fills in the property, kind of work, hours and date. You check it, then save. • Forgot to start the timer? Add the time later. FIND RENTAL WORK IN YOUR CALENDAR • The Inbox looks through your calendar for plumber visits, showings and inspections. • You confirm what was rental work. Nothing counts until you say so. • Calendar titles are read on your iPhone. SEE WHERE YOU STAND • Your hours toward the 100, 500 and 750 marks, and your pace to Dec 31. • Each rental keeps its own count, short-term and long-term. • Log your own hours and your spouse’s hours separately. ICLOUD, WITH NO ACCOUNT • No sign-in. There is nothing to sign up for. • Your records sync across your devices through your own iCloud. A PDF FOR YOUR CPA • Every entry has a date, a property, a kind of work and who did it. • Export the year as a PDF and send it to your CPA. PRICING Free for one rental. Dormer Pro adds more rentals and PDF export. Pay once, keep it for life. Dormer keeps records. Dormer won’t give you tax or legal advice. It can’t tell you if you meet a tax test. Your tax professional can tell you what your hours mean.
