Taskly Board

Taskly Board turns your iPad into a powerful project command center. Drag tasks across your Kanban board, sketch ideas with your pencil, and let AI turn your handwritten notes into organized sprints — all in one beautiful, native app. Built from the ground up for iPad, Taskly Board is the task manager that actually works the way you think. No tiny phone screens stretched to fit. No clunky web apps. Just a fast, focused Kanban board that takes full advantage of your iPad and pencil input. KANBAN BOARD Organize your work visually with To Do, In Progress, and Done columns. Drag and drop tasks to update their status instantly. Set priorities, add tags, and keep everything in view — the way Kanban was meant to be. HANDWRITING INPUT Why type when you can write? Use your pencil to write task titles and descriptions naturally. Your handwriting converts to text automatically. Create full-page handwritten notes on an infinite canvas — perfect for brainstorming sessions and meeting notes. HANDWRITTEN NOTES TO TASKS Sketch your ideas freely, then tap one button to convert your handwriting into structured tasks. Taskly Board uses on-device OCR to read your writing and AI to organize it into actionable items. From napkin sketch to sprint plan in seconds. AI PROJECT PLANNING (Pro) Describe what you want to build and let AI generate a full project plan — complete with tasks, priorities, and sprint timelines. Chat with an AI assistant that understands your board and can suggest what to work on next. Works with your existing Claude or ChatGPT subscription. SPRINT MANAGEMENT (Pro) Break your work into focused sprints with start and end dates. Filter your board by sprint, track progress, and stay on schedule. Perfect for solo developers, freelancers, and small teams using agile workflows. CROSS-DEVICE SYNC (Pro) Keep your projects, tasks, and notes in sync across all your devices. Changes sync automatically in the background so your board is always up to date. MCP INTEGRATION (Pro) Paste context-aware prompts into Claude Code or any MCP-compatible AI tool. Your AI coding assistant can read, create, and update tasks directly — bridging the gap between planning and building.
