About MyFollowApp Pacing

Keep your heart rate in view while pacing! MyFollowApp Pacing shows your heart rate on your Apple Watch during a recording and lets you know by vibration when it approaches or exceeds the limit you set yourself. The iPhone app shows you how your day went and how your values develop over weeks. PACING Pacing means spreading your energy across the day and alternating activity and rest. Many people who pace, for example with ME/CFS or long COVID, often together with POTS, use their heart rate as a guide: if it is above a personal limit, that is a sign to take a break. MyFollowApp Pacing makes this limit noticeable in everyday life without you having to look at your watch all the time. With MyFollowApp Pacing you can • keep an eye on your heart rate in everyday life, • stay within the limit you set yourself, • balance activity and rest better and • look back at when you were above your limit. ON YOUR APPLE WATCH • continuous heart rate measurement during a recording • large, easy-to-read heart rate in the color of its zone • your own heart rate limit and two zones, adjustable right on the watch • timer for the time above your limit • activities to note what you are doing during a recording (e.g. standing, walking, housework, ...) • works without your iPhone nearby • optional Bluetooth heart rate sensor, including HRV • complication for your watch face VIBRATION AT YOUR LIMIT When your heart rate is above the limit you set yourself, your Apple Watch vibrates, and depending on your watch settings also plays a sound. So you notice it without looking at the display. A timer shows how long your heart rate has been above the limit. NEW: THE IPHONE APP • Overview: ongoing recording, today's curve and the last 7 days at a glance • Live: heart rate with zone bar and the last 10 minutes, also on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island • Start and stop recordings from your iPhone, change the activity • Set heart rate limits, alerts and activities conveniently – the watch picks them up automatically PACING AND ANALYTICS • Day view: heart rate curve with zones and limit, time in zones, time above the limit • Correct activities and time boundaries afterwards, insert sections • Share charts as images • Stress and recovery from HRV data (with an external heart rate sensor with HRV) • Analytics with trends • Activities with the most time above your limit • Data export and import YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU No account, no server, no ads, no tracking. Your recordings stay on your watch and iPhone and are included in your regular iPhone backup. The app uses Apple Health to read your Apple Watch heart rate during a recording. REQUIREMENTS iPhone with iOS 17 or later and Apple Watch with watchOS 10 or later. NOTE MyFollowApp Pacing is not a medical device. The app does not make diagnoses, is not intended to detect, monitor or treat any disease and does not replace medical advice. You set your limit yourself. If you have health questions, talk to your doctor. Help: https://myfollowapp.ch/en/doc
