About Cardiomate: Blood Pressure

Blood pressure tracker built for the morning routine. Log systolic, diastolic, and pulse in about 30 seconds. See where you land on the AHA category scale — Normal, Elevated, Stage 1, Stage 2, Crisis. One reading. Every morning. Clear trends, not single numbers. Cardiomate is a calm hypertension log. The morning number matters. The pattern matters more. Watch your weekly band tighten — or not — and bring a clean chart to your doctor. Free to use, no ads, no subscription, no account, no data sold. WHY CARDIOMATE • Free to use. No ads. No subscription. No account. • 30-second logging. Systolic, diastolic, pulse. Done. • AHA category zones with the AHA source baked in. • Works with the Apple Health app — readings from a Bluetooth cuff or a watch arrive on their own, with nothing to retype. • "How to measure" guide — 7 evidence-based steps so every reading is one you can trust. • Trend band chart. 7 or 30 days at a glance. • Every reading, kept. Export your full history to CSV. • Works fully offline. Your readings stay on your device. THE LOOP 1. Log your morning blood pressure. 2. See which AHA zone you landed in. 3. Watch the band on day two, day seven, day thirty. WHAT YOU GET • Hero reading card with systolic, diastolic, pulse. • Dual-line trend chart with systolic + diastolic bands. • Two-way sync with the Apple Health app. Reading and writing are separate switches — turn on either one, or both. Works with any cuff or watch whose app writes to the Apple Health app, including Withings, OMRON, Beurer and A&D, and it picks up the pulse too, which the Health app stores separately from the pressure pair. • Measurement details — arm, position, before or after medication. • Clinical averages — mean arterial pressure, pulse pressure, morning next to evening. • History list, every entry tagged with its AHA category. • How to measure — step-by-step guide from the American Heart Association. • Daily tip. Short. Earned. • Optional morning + evening reminders. CARDIOMATE PRO Everything above is free. Pro adds two things, for one payment that never renews: • The 90-day trend view. • PDF export, formatted to hand to your doctor. ABOUT THE NUMBERS Categories follow the American Heart Association (AHA) guideline ranges. Cardiomate is not a medical device and does not replace a blood pressure monitor or a clinician. Use it to log readings from your cuff and to show your doctor a clearer picture than a single number. PRIVACY Your readings stay on your device. They are never uploaded and never sold. No sign-up. Anonymous usage and crash statistics help us fix what breaks — your readings are never part of them.

What’s new

Version 1.5.2 · Updated October 13, 2026

Apple Health sync could stay switched on while nothing was actually syncing. Apple reports the permission screen as a success as soon as it appears, whatever you tapped there, and Cardiomate took that at face value. It now checks afterwards, so the switch stays on only when saving really works, and tells you when it does not. Two things it used to keep quiet about: an import that finds nothing at all now explains where to allow access, instead of reporting "no new readings", and a reading that could not be saved to Apple Health now says so.
