Decommissioning Wonderland

Step into the role of a decision-maker managing a nuclear waste management facility. In this fast-paced strategy game, you must balance budget, risk, trust, and time as unexpected challenges and opportunities arise. Each playthrough presents a series of realistic scenarios that force you to make tough choices with limited information. Investments that seem smart now may create hidden bottlenecks later, while short-term fixes can undermine long-term success. Time is always ticking, and every decision shapes the final outcome. The game is designed to highlight how difficult it is to plan effectively without clear foresight. Players can choose to work with DBD's expert advisors to better understand the consequences of their actions, revealing how advanced modelling and engineering insight can transform decision-making. With a short playtime, competitive scoring, and multiple paths to success, the game encourages replayability and experimentation. Can you keep risk under control, earn stakeholder trust, stay within budget, and finish on time—or will unseen consequences derail your plans?
