FedAssess

Stop scrambling at year-end to remember what you accomplished. FedAssess lets you capture wins throughout the review cycle — by voice or text, in seconds. Every entry strengthens your self-assessment, even when multiple entries map to the same standard. By review time, your polished self-assessment is ready — professionally written, organized by standard, and exportable with one tap. HOW IT WORKS Record accomplishments anytime — by voice or text. Our AI transforms your raw notes into professional federal self-assessment language, matches each entry to the correct element and standard from your uploaded performance plan, and coaches you toward an Exceptional rating with specific suggestions for strengthening each entry. Add entries as they happen — even multiple entries to the same standard. Each one builds on the last, creating a richer, more detailed narrative. When review time comes, export polished self-assessments organized by element and standard — ready to paste into MyPerformance, USA Performance, or your agency's system.
