Wardflow

Ward Leadership helps bishopric members in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints stay organized. Manage callings, plan sacrament meetings, track interviews, and coordinate with your counselors — all from your phone. Key Features: * Callings Management — Track callings through every stage from consideration to sustained. Assign bishopric members, advance callings with a tap, and reorder priorities with drag-and-drop. * Sacrament Meeting Planning — Build complete sacrament meeting programs with speakers, hymns, musical numbers, and conducting assignments. Share formatted programs as PDFs. * Interview Tracking — Schedule and manage interviews across the bishopric. See upcoming interviews at a glance, filter by interviewer, and never let one slip through the cracks. * Bishopric Dashboard — A personalized home screen showing your assignments, upcoming interviews, and callings in progress. * Real-Time Sync — Changes sync instantly across all devices. Your counselors see updates the moment you make them. * Secure & Private — Sign in with your Google account. All ward data is stored securely and accessible only to authorized bishopric members. Designed for bishoprics who want to spend less time managing spreadsheets and more time serving their ward.
