It takes under a minute, and seasonal quick asks make it one tap. 2. Neighbours offer — people nearby see your request and offer to help, with their rating, reviews and neighbourhood. 3. You pick and chat — choose your helper and a private chat opens to sort out when and where. 4. Done — confirm it's finished and leave a thank-you note.
