About Pawsitive: Pet Health Tracker
Log your cat's or dog's meds, insulin, sub-Q fluids, labs and vet visits — on iPhone and Apple Watch. Pawsitive is a pet health tracker for chronic and senior care: kidney disease (CKD), diabetes, heart disease and thyroid conditions. Medication reminders, family sharing, and a one-page visit summary to show your vet. Built by a developer who cares for a cat with chronic kidney disease. —————————— Made for —————————— • Cats and dogs on daily meds, insulin or subcutaneous fluids • Senior pets whose weight, appetite and water intake you want to watch • Multi-pet homes where it's easy to lose track of who got which pill • Families sharing care, and anyone who wants accurate logs for the vet —————————— New on Apple Watch —————————— • See today's care and the next dose at a glance • Log water, meals, stool, vomiting and meds in a few taps — no phone needed • Count resting breaths with a tap of the wrist for each breath • Show the next dose time on your watch face, or add a ready-made Pawsitive face in one step • When a family member gives a dose, your watch and widgets update right away —————————— Key features —————————— • Medication reminders & group dosing Bundle meds into groups like "Morning" or "Heart set" and check off the whole group in one tap. Log pills, supplements, sub-Q fluids, glucose and insulin. Snooze a reminder 15 minutes when your pet hides, and get a heads-up before a dose is given twice. Add new meds from a guide of 130+. • Diabetes & kidney care Glucose charts with meal and insulin context, an injection-site map with rotation suggestions, sub-Q fluid logs, urine specific gravity, and a fasting log for the day before blood tests. • Lab results & bloodwork Enter results by hand or scan the clinic sheet. Plain-language guides for 140+ markers — creatinine, BUN, SDMA, phosphorus, potassium, T4 — with trend charts, reference ranges kept as printed, and unit conversion between clinics. • Visit summary & PDF reports for your vet Pick what your vet needs — meds, meals, weight, stool, symptoms, labs — and export a clean PDF or a one-page visit summary. Every number appears exactly as logged; the app adds no interpretation. Vet visits, prescriptions, vaccines and costs live in one place, with a medical cabinet for X-rays, scans and receipts. • Family sharing Invite family to view and log the same pets. One family member is included free, and Premium allows up to 5 people. See in real time who fed your pet and who gave the meds. • Feeding, water & meal journal Log meals in one tap from presets or the food catalog, add the amount eaten later, or weigh the bowl. Home-cooked and raw diets get their own meal journal, supplement mixes are tracked batch by batch, and wet-food moisture counts toward water intake. • Log by voice with Pozi Tell Pozi what happened, and meals, water, stool and symptoms are logged for you. Talk to Pozi from Control Center, or ask Siri to "Log with Pawsitive". Pozi doesn't diagnose — it observes and organizes. • Widgets, Spotlight & log tags Redesigned Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets with one-tap logging. Medication widgets rise in your Smart Stack near dose time. Open a pet or med from Spotlight, and put a log link on an NFC sticker or QR code. • Routines, walks & training Daily, weekly and monthly care routines on a calendar. Walks with GPS and Live Activities, plus play, naps and training logs. • Also included Weekly AI care reports, expenses and pet insurance, a memorial space for pets who crossed the rainbow bridge, and roomy layouts on iPad and Mac. —————————— Languages: English, 한국어, 日本語, Español, Français, Deutsch, Italiano, Português (BR), 简体中文, 繁體中文 Pawsitive doesn't diagnose — it logs and organizes, connecting care at home with care at the vet. Logging is always free. Privacy Policy: https://pawsitive-app-legal.vercel.app/en/privacy/ Terms of Use: https://pawsitive-app-legal.vercel.app/en/terms/
What’s new
Version 2.1.0 · Updated October 29, 2026
v2.1.0 — On your wrist, on your Home Screen Pawsitive, the pet health tracker for cats and dogs, is now on Apple Watch. Log meds, meals, stool and breathing without reaching for your phone — insulin for a diabetic cat, kidney disease (CKD) care or a daily medication reminder. Plus the biggest additions since 2.0: logging by voice with Pozi, a Meal Log for home-cooked and raw diets, fasting before vet tests and a new Vet Summary. [What's New] • Apple Watch app See today's care and the next dose at a glance, and log water, meals, stool, vomiting and meds in a few taps. To count resting breaths, tap with each breath for 30 or 60 seconds — a tap on the wrist tells you when time's up. Show the next dose on your watch face, or add a ready-made Pawsitive watch face in one step. • Widgets, Control Center, Siri & Spotlight Every widget has been redrawn. Log in one tap from the quick-log widget, or start a play or training timer or a walk. Medication widgets rise to the top of your Smart Stack as dose time nears, and now fit on the Lock Screen too. Talk to Pozi from Control Center, say "Log with Pawsitive" to Siri, or search a pet or medication in Spotlight to jump right to it. • Tell Pozi, and it's logged Just say what happened — "She ate half her breakfast and vomited once" — and Pozi turns it into logs, several from one sentence, with a quick check before anything is saved. • Meal Log For home-cooked, raw and mixed diets: log what's in the bowl — main, toppings, mix-ins and how it was cooked. Mark "new ingredient" days to compare before and after, and show your vet a clean table. • Supplement Mix Build your own blend of supplements once, then log the daily portion in one tap — past periods too. • Fasting before vet tests Before surgery or a blood test, tap "Start fasting" on the feeding screen. The whole family sees it, and fasting stays out of appetite trends and feeding reminders. • Vet Summary & reports, redrawn A one-page Vet Summary your vet can read at a glance, shared as a link, image or PDF. The AI care report, weekly care report and report composer have a new look too, and the composer now makes custom documents. • Meds that fit real life Pet hiding or refusing the pill? Tap "Remind in 15 min" right on the notification — if someone in the family gives the dose first, it clears itself. Meds given by a daily target ("6 drops a day", no set times) show progress through the day, and doses your family logs reach your widgets and watch right away. • Lab results in your units Enter values in the units on your clinic's sheet and Pawsitive converts them, so trends line up. Positive/negative tests can be logged too. • Log tags (NFC & QR) Make a log link or QR code for the food bin or pill box. Write it to an NFC sticker, and tapping your phone opens the log screen. • One family member, free Invite one family member on the free plan and log together — you'll see each other's logs right away. [Nicer to use] • A fresh, clearer look, with roomier layouts on iPad and Mac. • Log training (progress for each cue) and bike walks. • Your settings now follow you across devices. • Hundreds of raw ingredients added to the food catalog. • Now available in Traditional Chinese. • Plus many improvements and fixes. Thank you for logging every day with the one by your side.
