Interrupt

Welcome to Interrupt. It’s time to pause your autopilot. Are you stuck in a daily loop? Interrupt is a mindfulness and lifestyle utility designed to break the monotony of the daily grind. Every day, the global community receives one single, curated challenge—a mindful prompt, a spontaneous task, or a moment of reflection—designed to pull you out of your routine and ground you in the present. Whether you complete the challenge privately to build your own stats, or share your experience with the world, Interrupt is your daily reminder to stop scrolling and start living. CORE FEATURES: The Daily Interrupt: Receive one manually curated, high-quality challenge every day. No endless feeds, just one meaningful action. Build Your Presence Map: Track your journey. See your daily completion streaks, watch your Aura level grow, and look back at a visual map of the moments you chose to be present. Share a Moment: Snap a photo or write a quick text update to document your daily challenge. Keep it private, or share it to the global gallery. The Pulse: Explore the global feed to see how people around the world are completing the exact same daily challenge. Leave an Echo: We don't do "likes" or toxic comment sections. Support others by leaving positive Echoes like "Inspired," "Calm," or "Me too." Smart Nudges: Opt-in to gentle morning and evening reminders to keep your streak alive without overwhelming your notifications. A SAFE, POSITIVE SPACE: Interrupt is built from the ground up to be a toxic-free zone. We employ strict automated safety checks (powered by Google Vision and Natural Language APIs) to filter content before it goes live. Our strict zero-tolerance policy against hate speech, bullying, and inappropriate content ensures The Pulse remains a supportive environment. You have full control to mute notifications, flag content, and block users instantly. Take a breath. Break the loop. Welcome to Interrupt.
