Appointa Pro

appointa. is the calendar and booking app for salons, barbershops and beauty studios, from a single chair to a whole team. YOUR WHOLE TEAM IN ONE CALENDAR See everyone side by side for the day, one person's week, or the whole month. Each person keeps their colour in every view. Drag an appointment to a new time and choose whether the client gets a text message. BOOKINGS THAT ARRIVE ON THEIR OWN Clients book through your appointa. booking page. New bookings appear in the app the moment they arrive, and requests wait for your OK behind the bell on Home. BOOK IN A FEW TAPS Tap + on any screen to add an appointment or a walk-in, or to block time for a break or a holiday. HOURS FOR EVERY PERSON Set working hours for several days at once, breaks included, for each person on your team. CLIENTS AND EARNINGS Find any client and see how often they visit. See your earnings and completed appointments, week by week. IN YOUR LANGUAGE English, German, Albanian, Italian, French and Croatian. Focus on your clients. Let appointa. keep the calendar.
