Ever Timeline

Ever Timeline keeps your wedding day on track. Build a detailed timeline, invite your team, and go live on the big day so everyone stays in sync — from the couple to the coordinator to the photographer. PLAN YOUR DAY Create a custom timeline from scratch or start with a pre-built template (8 or 10-hour coverage). Add events with start times, notes, shot lists, and tags to organize every moment. INVITE YOUR TEAM Share a 6-character invite code with photographers, videographers, coordinators, DJs, and the couple. Everyone joins the same timeline and sees updates in real time. GO LIVE When the day arrives, toggle your timeline live. Mark events as complete, and every team member sees progress update instantly on their device — including on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island with Live Activities. STAY FLEXIBLE Running behind? Delay the entire timeline or shift everything from a specific event forward by 5, 15, or 30 minutes. All team members see the updated schedule immediately. SMART TIPS Get seasonal advice based on your wedding date — winter daylight reminders, summer heat tips, spring rain contingency planning — plus scheduling suggestions when your timeline has gaps or tight turnarounds. EXPORT & SHARE Export your timeline as a polished image or PDF to share with clients, couples, or vendors before the big day. EVER PRO Unlock unlimited timelines, pre-built templates, and export features with an Ever Pro subscription. Joining a timeline via invite code is free for everyone — an Ever Pro subscription is required to create and manage your own timelines.
