TRUEHOUR

TRUEHOUR is the financial operating system for equipment-based small businesses. Built for skid-steer operators, landscapers, owner-operator truckers, tractor owners, dozer crews, and small service contractors — it turns the cost of running your machine into a number you can actually charge against. Most small operators undercharge because they don't know what their equipment really costs to own and operate. Fuel, depreciation, interest, insurance, repairs, tires/tracks, and overhead disappear into the noise — and so does your margin. TRUEHOUR makes those costs visible, accurate, and actionable. TRUSTED METHODOLOGY, ADVANCED FOR YOUR BUSINESS TRUEHOUR's cost engine is built on the same Owning & Operating (O&O) calculation standard created by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for 70 years — a standard adopted by AGC, Caterpillar, AED, and AACE International as the gold standard for equipment cost calculation. Traditional O&O focused on machine-level costs only. TRUEHOUR adds the Business Overhead Center, automatically allocating business overhead across your fleet on a per-hour basis so your rate reflects the full cost of running your operation.
