AI Workout Generator Workouts can now be automatically generated based on your selected goal and weekly training frequency. Adaptive progression system The AI analyzes previous sessions and automatically adjusts load, volume, and repetition schemes. Weights increase when performance improves, decrease in case of fatigue, and automatic deloads are applied when needed. One-tap smart workout Exercises and sets are automatically pre-filled so you can start training immediately. Progression engine improvements Optimized load calculation algorithms for more accurate strength progression. AI features are available in the Premium version.
