Cleverfy – Time Clock

Cleverfy is the app your team uses to record their working day from their phone: clock in, breaks and clock out with one tap, with the time records Spanish labor law requires. FOR PEOPLE WHO CLOCK IN • Start, break and end of day with one tap, also from the home screen widget. • On-site or remote: pick the work mode on every clock-in. • Your week and your month at a glance: hours worked against the plan, breaks and absences. • Check and fix your time entries: request a change and follow its approval. • Request vacation and time off from the app, with your balance and the team calendar. • Projects: clock in to the project, site or client you are on and switch during the day. • Documents: receive payslips, contracts and notices, confirm receipt and upload what HR asks for. • Notifications: clock-in reminders and answers to your requests. • Works offline: entries are stored and synced when you are back online. FOR THE COMPANY • Shared device: a company tablet or phone becomes the clock-in point with a PIN for the whole team. • Optional geolocation on clock-in, only if the company turns it on. • Records with exact times, a full change history and 4-year retention, ready for the Labor Inspectorate. • Reports, monthly closing and exports for your payroll advisor from the web app. LANGUAGES Spanish, Catalan, Valencian, Galician, Basque and English. GETTING STARTED This app is for teams that use Cleverfy. Your company creates the account at www.cleverfy.es (14-day trial, no card needed) and invites you by email; you just sign in. Questions?
