About IceBreaker Events & Networking

Attending a conference, expo, or summit that runs on IceBreaker? This is the app you were asked to download. IceBreaker replaces the paper badge and the pile of business cards. Your pass, your connections, the programme, and everything you collect at the event live in one place. YOUR PASS AND YOUR QR CODE Every attendee gets one personal QR code. Show it at the door and staff check you in. Show it to another attendee and you are connected. Scan an exhibitor's code at their booth and your visit is logged with that company. Your passes sit under Home, ready before you reach the registration desk, including your table and seat where the event assigns one. CONNECT WITH ONE SCAN Point your camera at someone's code and you are both connected. No second scan, no typing, no cards to lose. Their full profile, company, role and contact details is yours to keep, and you can message them in the app long after the event ends. Search your connections by name, company, or email. THE PROGRAMME, THE WAY YOU'LL USE IT Browse sessions by day with times, rooms, and speakers. Bookmark the ones you want and they collect in My Agenda, ready to add to your phone's calendar. Take private notes on any session you saved, and rate it once it's over. IT WORKS WHEN THE VENUE DOESN'T Halls eat signal. Scans, check-ins, and claims are saved on your device, confirmed to staff on the spot, and sent the moment you are back online. Nothing is lost. POINTS, CHALLENGES, AND WHAT YOU WIN Organizers set challenges: visit these booths, meet this many people, attend these sessions. Your progress is tracked as you scan. Daily games add points. Vouchers, giveaways, and exhibitor offers land in your Loot Bag. IF YOU'RE EXHIBITING Your scans at the booth capture leads for your company alongside your own connections. Track campaigns and lead counts from Home, publish your availability, and accept meeting requests from attendees who want time with you. FOR ORGANIZERS AND STAFF Check attendees in at the door and at check-in points around the venue, run raffles from the stage, and watch attendance, connections, and engagement while the event is still running. You need an event to use IceBreaker. Your organizer registers you, and the event appears when you sign in with the email you registered with. Built by BoxHive Digital Solutions Co.
