Inventory • Inventory replaces the old Equipment screens. Request, receive, issue, write off and return stock, and record usage with a before photo. • Each role sees only its own jobs: request and use, approve, storekeeper, reports, admin. • Give stock to a colleague, take over a colleague's draft, and see who is using what. • Low-stock alerts open the right store and tab. Attendance • Site device mode: check staff in and out from a shared site phone. • Offline check-ins and check-outs are kept and synced when you are back online. Access • Staff entry pass with a QR code for sites that have enabled it. Home and notifications • Choose which tiles show on the Home screen. • A clear message and Refresh button when your company has no sites yet. • Notification taps always open the right screen or tell you why they can't. • Task reminders open the Task Calendar. Bulletin • Event posts show their date, time and venue. Also • The app keeps you signed in when opened with no signal. • Offline work saved on the phone is checked before it is sent. • You are signed out with a message if your access is suspended. • Fixes for the top bar on iPad.
