InboxIQ AI

Stop drowning in email. InboxIQ reads your Gmail with AI and gives you a 60-second daily digest — highlights, action items, and smart categories — so you reclaim 6 hours a week. Email triage takes the average professional 6 hours every week. That's 12 work-days a year, lost to inbox archeology. InboxIQ turns that on its head: AI reads everything for you, and you read the digest. WHAT YOU GET • 60-second daily digest — every email summarized, categorized, and ranked by importance • Action items surfaced automatically — never miss a deadline, ask, or follow-up buried in a long thread • Smart categories — Work, Personal, Finance, Newsletters, Promotions, and more, sorted with no manual rules • Email digest delivery — get your daily summary in your inbox at 8 a.m. (or any time you choose) • Auto-scheduling — daily, weekly, or monthly digests on autopilot • Highlights — the 3-5 messages that actually matter, surfaced at the top • Privacy-first — we read email metadata + summaries only, never store full message bodies WHO IT'S FOR • Founders and operators who get 100+ emails a day • Knowledge workers who can't keep up with newsletters and threads • Anyone who's tried "inbox zero" and given up • People who want their email to feel less like a job HOW IT WORKS 1. Connect your Gmail account via Google OAuth (read-only, takes 10 seconds) 2. AI analyzes your last 24 hours of email 3. Tap Generate Digest — get your summary in under 60 seconds 4. Set up auto-scheduling so it runs without you InboxIQ uses Google Gemini to read and summarize your inbox. We never train AI on your data, never sell it, and never store full email bodies — only the AI-generated summary, category, and metadata.
