Petsly

About Petsly

This update brings repeat bookings, in-person payments for businesses, and a faster, smoother app throughout. New - Repeat bookings - set up a booking that repeats on the days you choose, paid upfront or as each visit happens. - Counter Mode - businesses can take payment in person at the counter, with the full fee breakdown and the amount you actually bank shown before you charge. - Quick Pay - one button for providers to send a payment link, charge at the counter, or share their booking page. - Pay by link - send a secure card payment link to a customer without a Petsly account; they still get a booking reference and a route to support. - Meet & greet as an optional step when booking - meet the sitter first, then confirm. - Amenity photos - sitters can show their space, garden, crate or play area at the top of their portfolio. - Refunds as Petsly credits - take a cancellation refund as credit and use it on your next booking instead of waiting for your card. - Special offers and vouchers from sitters near you. Improved - Clearer, more reliable voice calls - earpiece by default with a working speaker toggle, calls that ring on the lock screen and survive a locked phone, and a fix for calls that never connected. - Optional call recording, off unless both people agree beforehand. - The app now adapts to bigger phones, tablets and your system text size. - A floating tab bar that gets out of the way while you scroll. - Map-first address setup, with clearer control over what a sitter can see before they are booked. - Much faster home, search, bookings and messages. - Clearer pricing throughout: what a provider earns, what a customer is charged, and how Petsly Protection is applied. - Notifications now page through properly and open the right screen. Fixed - Payment holds no longer go missing when a booking is changed, extended or repeats. - Bookings holding captured funds are never cancelled automatically. - Sign-up scrolls the Terms checkbox into view instead of quietly doing nothing. - The keyboard no longer covers the note field when a sitter sends a quote on Android. - Fixes for maps, photos, onboarding checklists and a crash on launch.
