About Unutma: Second Brain & To-Do
Some people have an assistant who remembers everything for them. Now you do too. Tell Unutma what's on your mind — typed or spoken, in your own words. "Dentist Thursday at 3." "Spent 40 on gas." "Mom's birthday is May 3rd." "Water the plants every other day." It understands what you meant and puts it exactly where it belongs: calendar, budget, memory, routine. No menus. No forms. One sentence. IT ASKS INSTEAD OF GUESSING Most apps quietly file what they don't understand in the wrong place. Unutma doesn't. When it's sure, it just does it — with an undo right there. When it isn't, it shows you the two or three places it could go and lets you pick with one tap. And it remembers your choice: the next time you say something similar, it already knows. IT KNOWS ITS WAY AROUND "Open my budget." "Switch to dark theme." "Make the text bigger." "How do I back up?" "What can you do?" Talk to the app the way you'd talk to a person who knows it inside out. It opens the screen, changes the setting — with undo — or explains the feature in a sentence. IT REMEMBERS WHAT MATTERS TO YOU Your blood type, your licence plate, your shoe size, your sister's birthday. Tell it once, ask whenever: "when is Anna's birthday?", "how many days until our anniversary?". Tell it a password or a door code and it goes straight into the encrypted vault — never shown in the chat, never read aloud. ASK ABOUT YOUR OWN LIFE "What's on this week?" "Am I free on Friday?" "How much did I spend on groceries last month?" "How long since I went running?" It answers from your own records, follows up naturally ("and Saturday?"), and finds that note you wrote months ago. Ask by voice and it answers by voice. PRIVATE BY DESIGN, NOT BY PROMISE The assistant runs on your phone. What you type, what you save and every answer stay on your device — we have no server to send them to. Your vault and your journal are encrypted at rest. There is no account to create and nothing to sign in to. (Voice input uses your phone's own speech service — on-device when your phone supports it.) ONE CALM PLACE INSTEAD OF NINE APPS • To-dos with subtasks, priorities and reminders • Routines — weekly, monthly or every few days • Calendar and reminders • Shopping lists that work with zero signal • Budget — see where the money actually went • An encrypted journal with mood tracking • A vault for passwords and private notes, behind Face ID • Notes, wishlist, insights, weekly and monthly recaps • Hand a task to someone over WhatsApp — it lands on their list • 12 themes, home screen widgets, 8 languages CHECK IT YOURSELF • There is no sign-up screen. No name, no email, no profile. • Turn on airplane mode — everything you type keeps working. • Settings › "Where is your data?" shows exactly what is stored, and where. • No ads. Usage statistics are off unless you switch them on. • Moving to a new phone? One encrypted backup file, protected by your own password, brings everything with you. FAIR AND SIMPLE Every feature free for 7 days. After that, one subscription — cancel anytime in your App Store settings. Your records stay on your phone either way. Give it a week. Notice how quiet your head gets when everything has one place to go.
What’s new
Version 3.16.0 · Updated September 21, 2026
Your assistant grew up. • It knows the app now. "Open my budget", "dark theme", "make the text bigger", "how do I back up?" — it opens the screen, changes the setting (with undo) or explains the feature. • It remembers what matters. Tell it a birthday, a licence plate, your blood type — ask any time, including "how many days until…?". Passwords and codes go straight to the encrypted vault and are never read aloud. • It asks instead of guessing. When it isn't sure where something belongs, it offers the likely places and you pick with one tap. No more silent wrong saves. • It learns from you. Every choice you make teaches it — on your phone, nowhere else. • It understands more. Monthly and every-few-days routines, dates without the word "appointment", everyday small talk, far more ways of asking. • Your journal is now encrypted on your device, like the vault. • A more natural voice, with a voice picker in Settings. Speech is recognised on-device when your phone supports it. • A fresher assistant screen: a thinking indicator, clean receipt cards, and a bigger, clearer way in. The assistant itself runs on your phone — your records stay there. Only voice dictation goes through your phone's own speech service.
