FormSensei Disc Golf

See what's costing you distance. FormSensei breaks down your disc golf throw from a single video. Film one throw on your phone and get a pro-level analysis of your mechanics, drawn right on your body, plus exactly what to fix to throw farther. Formerly Score Sensei. Same app, same account, sharper focus on your form. HOW IT WORKS 1. Film a throw from the side (or upload one you already have) 2. FormSensei tracks your body frame by frame, no markers or tagging 3. Get your form score, what you're doing well, and what's holding you back WHAT IT MEASURES - Reach back: how far and how level your arm extends - X-step and plant timing: whether your feet set up the throw or rush it - Hip and shoulder rotation: where you're leaking power - Release and follow-through: how cleanly the energy transfers to the disc Each observation comes with why it matters, the fix, and a drill. TRACK YOUR PROGRESS Every analysis is saved, so you can compare throws over time and see your form actually change. Compare your mechanics side by side with pro form. ROUND TRACKING Talk through your round and FormSensei logs scores, discs, and shots for you. After each round, see where strokes slipped away: driving, putting, OB, and which discs in your bag are performing. Whether you're chasing more distance, raising your PDGA rating, or just want to stop guessing, FormSensei shows you what to work on next. Film a throw. See what's costing you distance.
