Pelagio

Pelagio is the all-in-one platform built for dance studio owners who are tired of juggling spreadsheets, Venmo, and Google Calendar just to get through the week. Built by a studio owner for studio owners, Pelagio centralizes everything you need to run your studio — so you can spend less time on admin and more time doing what you love. BOOKINGS & SCHEDULING Create and manage group classes and private lessons with ease. Set capacity limits, assign instructors, build recurring schedules, and never worry about double bookings again. View everything in one clean calendar. PAYMENTS & INVOICING Accept credit cards and ACH payments directly in the app. Charge per class, sell class packages, and auto-generate invoices for private lessons and outstanding balances. Track who's paid and who isn't — at a glance. CLIENT MANAGEMENT Every student gets a full profile with contact info, attendance history, payment history, and private internal notes. Add timestamped notes after class, search and filter your roster, and always know where each client stands. CLASS ROSTERS & ASSIGNMENTS Manually assign students to classes, view real-time rosters, and track attendance. Know exactly who showed up and who didn't. GOOGLE CALENDAR SYNC Two-way sync keeps your classes and private lessons updated across Google Calendar automatically. Changes in Pelagio reflect instantly. ADMIN DASHBOARD Start every day with a clear view of today's classes, revenue, upcoming sessions, outstanding payments, and recent client activity — all in one place. Whether you run one studio or three, Pelagio is designed to grow with you. Download Pelagio and run your studio from your phone.
